Quick fixes for common problems
Video keeps buffering
Buffering is almost always your connection. 4K needs a fast, stable link — switch to HD/FHD on slower networks, use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and restart your router.
Channels won't load
Re-check your server URL, username and password for typos — they are case-sensitive. Re-enter them carefully and reload your playlist.
The app is frozen
Close and reopen the player. If it persists, restart your device fully (unplug for 30 seconds), then open the app again.
Can't activate the app
Send your device ID or MAC address screenshot to our support team on WhatsApp and we'll re-activate it right away.
