Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with TU IPTV Premium. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.

Money-back guarantee
If we are unable to get the service working on a supported device after reasonable troubleshooting with our support team, you may request a refund within the guarantee window stated at checkout.
The guarantee covers genuine service faults on our side. It does not cover a change of mind after the service has been confirmed working on your device.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must contact support before requesting a refund and give us a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. Many problems are caused by local internet or device settings and can be fixed quickly.
Refunds are not available where the issue is caused by your own internet connection, an unsupported device, or a violation of our terms of service.
How to request a refund
Email support@tuiptvpremium.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the problem. We will respond within one business day.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
