How to set up IPTV on MAG Box

Step-by-step setup

   Send us your MAC address

   Find the MAC address printed on the back of your MAG box (or in Settings → System) and send it to our support team.

   We register your box

   We link the MAC to your subscription and reply with your portal URL.

   Open the portal settings

   On the MAG box, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.

   Enter the portal URL

   Type the portal URL from the login we send you on WhatsApp into Portal 1 and save.

   Reboot to finish

   Restart the MAG box from the menu. Your channel list loads automatically on startup.

   The MAC you send must match your box exactly, or the portal won't authorize.

Troubleshooting

• Portal not loading? Confirm the MAC address you sent matches the box exactly.
• Reboot the box after any portal change for it to take effect.
• Check the Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi dongle if the box shows no network.
